ORDERING

Products presented on this site can be purchased online when the "Add to cart" or “pre order now” button is present on the product page. If the "Add to cart" button is not visible, the product is “Coming soon”: please check regularly for availability. “Pre order now” products are considered regular orders with postponed delivery date  
The Customer must select the product(s) he wishes to order as well as the corresponding quantities.

The order will be the subject of a summary called My Basket, available at any time and containing all the elements of the Customer's order and in particular: the content of the order, its total amount including tax, including delivery costs according to the mode of delivery as well as delivery and billing addresses if these are different. The Customer may return to his order, complete it, modify it or cancel it until he has confirmed it.
The Customer then chooses his method of payment and confirms his choice by clicking on the button confirming the payment.
The Customer confirms his acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale by checking the corresponding box. The validation of the order can only be carried out after having checked the said box.
When the Customer has validated his order and payment method, said order can no longer be subject to modification or cancellation by the Customer.

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The customer receives an e-mail summarizing the information relating to his order within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours. The Customer is advised to print and keep this document.
The order is then recorded and processed by Bike43, it being specified that any order placed implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products. If the product appears to be available on the site, then Bike43 undertakes to deliver the order within the times indicated in the order confirmation.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

As soon as the order is ready to be dispatched, the Customer receives an e-mail summarizing the content of his order and confirming the dispatch of his order. The contract is deemed to have been concluded on the date of validation of the order.

PRICES

All our prices are indicated in euros, VAT included, excluding delivery costs.
The delivery costs are visible before the validation of the order in France only (Excluding Corsica and islands).
The delivery is offered in France only (except Corsica and islands), from 100 € all products combined.

PAYMENT TERMS - PAYMENT IN ADVANCE

The price is payable in full, on the day of placing the order by the Customer, by secure payment, according to the following terms: payment by credit card or bank transfer.
The Seller will not proceed with the delivery of products ordered by the Customer if the latter does not pay him the full price
- Credit card payments are debited when the order is dispatched.
- Payments by bank transfer must mention the name of the Customer as well as the order number.

The payments made by the Customer will only be considered final after effective collection of the sums due by the Seller.

DELIVERY

At the moment, we deliver only in mainland France (excluding Corsica).

    A) Bikes: FREE delivery, shipping in just 20 days from order
 We will ship your brand new Bike43 bike to your door for free. At the moment, we deliver to France (Excluding  Corsica and islands).
Our delivery partner will get in touch to set an appointment for the delivery. It is thus mandatory to provide a phone number where you are easily reachable. Please do not hesitate to provide accurate and detailed delivery information to facilitate the access to your delivery location. Please be aware that the Bike will be delivered on the sidewalk.

Thanks to the EasyGo package, no tools are needed: folding pedals are already mounted as well as a tool less up + down + turn stem, just get your Bike43 out of the box, adjust the stem/handle bar and saddle and you're ready to go.

    B) Accessories ordered via “add to cart” button
Accessories are on stock and will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping costs are 15€ per order.

    C) Accessories ordered via “Pre-order now” button
Accessories will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days from the “Available from:” date indicated for this product. Shipping costs are 12.5€ per order

And for all orders over € 100, delivery is free *!

    D) Warning
Upon receipt of your order, be sure to check the good condition and proper functioning of the product. In the event that one or more of the products ordered are missing, defective or damaged, the customer or the recipient must make reserves with the carrier at the time of delivery. To be admissible, these reserves must be clear and precise, and provide information on the condition of the goods (For example: "damaged bike", "broken fork" or "damaged paint") and not on the condition of the packaging (Example: "damaged packaging"). In the absence of specific reserves made on the transport voucher/documents, Bike43 cannot open a complaint with the transporter, without this prejudicing the consumer Client.

Be careful about the condition of the product(s) ordered/delivered before the carrier leaves, we recommend that you do not sign the delivery slip until you have checked your entire order.
You can therefore, for any complaint following a delivery contact us (Please refer to our contact details in the SECTION 20 - CONTACT INFORMATION in our « Terms of service ») and send us photos of the problem (s) as well as the document provided by the carrier.

Preparation of bikes

Bike43 reserves the right to leave it to the customer to carry out various operations, in particular:
- Fitting the display (or computer) which is removed from the bike, protected to avoid any damage during transport.
- adjusting saddle, stems to the user's morphology;
- Fitting accessories such as luggage racks, baskets, child seats, etc.;

In the event that the customer has the slightest doubt about the installation of an element, he must check in the user manual provided or contact our team (Please refer to our contact details in the SECTION 20 - CONTACT INFORMATION in our «Terms of service»). In the event that the customer damages or breaks an item without having checked the manual or contacting customer service, Bike43 reserves the right not to take charge of the replacement and shipping of the damaged or broken item.

Transfer of ownership - Transfer of risks

The products remain the property of Bike43 until full payment of the price.
However, the transfer of risks of loss and deterioration of products will be made upon delivery and receipt of said products by the Customer.
