Refund policy
RETURNS
We want you to love your bike43. But if you're having second thoughts, you can return your Bike43 within the conditions stated below.
The Customer has, a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products, without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties with the exception of return costs, to return these to the Seller for exchange or refund.
The Customer exercises his right of withdrawal by informing Bike43 of his decision to withdraw by sending by email (Please refer to our contact details in the SECTION 20 - CONTACT INFORMATION in our « Terms of service ») or mail before the expiration of the period provided above expressing its will to retract.
Bike43 will send an acknowledgment of receipt by email to the Customer's address, it being specified that the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the formulation of his withdrawal to return the product to Bike43 at customer’s expense.
The products must then be returned, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused (the manipulations necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the products ordered are authorized in accordance with the regulations in force) and accompanied by all accessories and any notices within fourteen (14) days of the communication of its decision to withdraw. Otherwise, the right of withdrawal cannot be granted to the Customer.
The return of products is the responsibility of the Customer. Damaged, soiled items used following manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods or even incomplete cannot be taken back.
In accordance with current regulations, the Customer is reminded that no right of withdrawal will be granted on personalized and / or custom products. It is further recalled that no withdrawal may be made for any provision of services whose execution has started, with the agreement of the Client, before the end of the period of fourteen (14) days from delivery of the merchandise.
REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and The reimbursement of the Products will be made within fourteen (14) days from the return of the Product(s) to Bike43,
A) Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email (Please refer to our contact details in the SECTION 20 - CONTACT INFORMATION in our «Terms of service»).
B) Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGE
The Customer also has a period of fourteen (14) days to request an exchange. The product must then be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, unused (the manipulations necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the products ordered are authorized in accordance with the regulations in force) and accompanied of all accessories and any notices within fourteen (14) days of the communication of its decision to withdraw. Otherwise, the right of withdrawal cannot be granted to the Customer. The costs generated by this exchange (transport) is paid by the customer. The exchange (subject to availability of the same product in the same size or in a different size when possible) will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt by the Seller of the items returned by the Buyer. For bulky products (more than 30 kg or, in the case where the sum of the width, length and height exceeds 150 cm, or single length greater than 100 cm), a home collection will be scheduled by the Seller, at the customer request.
SHIPPING BACK RETURNS OR EXCHANGED ITEMS
The return shipping address will be specified in this acknowledgment of receipt email
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 100€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LEGAL AND CONTRACTUAL GUARANTEE
To be able to benefit from the product guarantee, the Customer must imperatively keep the purchase invoice for the product(s).
Please refer to your Bike43 manual for terms of guarantee. Service is provided via our dealer network.
The contractual guarantees do not cover:
- the replacement of consumables,
- the abnormal or non-conforming use of the products,
- breakdowns related to accessories (eg power cables ...)
- faults and their consequences related to the 'use not in accordance with the use for which the product is intended,
- defects and their consequences linked to any external cause,
- interventions and repairs carried out on the product by third parties.
